Trygve (NZ): NAUTILUS
14. 9. at 20:30 Theater Club, admission: 200/150,- Kč
Nautilus is the third and final instalment in the Underwater Trilogy of soloshows with aquatic titles (Kraken, Squidboy). It’s the biggest and most daring; For 75 minutes, Trygve’s long-limbed body shape-shifts into a multitude of characters, scenarios and jokes at a finger-snapping pace. This energetic and hilarious show contains scenes with undertones of veganism, comedy, cowboys, stagehands, and… crabs. Exploring the form of mime to its most idiosyncratic peripheries, Nautilus is a salute to the human imagination.
Trygve Wakenshaw is a New Zealand mime who devotes himself to contemporary pantomime. He is a holder of many awards, winning for example at the New Zealand Comedy Festival 2014 or the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2014.
