SANDRA BRIZEE: STAGE MAKEUP WORKSHOP

This workshop is designed to teach advanced stage makeup skills and techniques. Participants will first learn the basics of classic beauty cosmetics, because even makeup expressly intended for the stage utilizes the same principles. The aim is to give participants as much practical experience as possible.

SANDRA BRIZEE

Sandra Brizee is in her sixth year as a makeup artist at the New Stage of the National Theater. An applied arts graduate, she is interested in painting, video-mapping and set design, which she also uses in organizing the international flow arts festival Roztoč Fest.  She likes to combine all the techniques she has mastered and employs them in the various areas of her work, for example, after learning airbrush techniques for painting, she quickly learned to apply these in makeup, or when working with light, the perception of light is very important for both stage makeup and set design.
